Where is my package located?
After placing your order, it takes an average of 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process your order and 3-7 (Mon-Fri) business days for your order to be delivered. If these deadlines have passed and your package has not yet arrived, please contact our customer service team.
Where can I find my track & trace code?
Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code via email. Please also check your spam folder, as sometimes our emails end up there. Please note that it may take a while for the Track & Trace link to become active.
How can I track the progress of my order?
You can track the progress of your order with your Track & Trace number received via email. Enter the Track & Trace on our Track Your Order page to see the status of your delivery.
